CrossFit progress.
If you’re skinny this is obviously nothing to you, but if you’re a natural fatty like me, this is huge progress!
I’ve been slacking recently but I can’t keep making excuses. I’m back on my routine of running 2 miles every morning, boxing training 3 times a week and CrossFit 3 times. I’ll probably keep that up until my next fight at the end of March. Then slow it down again.
Now all I need is someone to punch me in the face every time I fantasize about McDonalds!
